Russians report lack of qualified staff in Ukraine's east and south

The Russians are forming so-called executive bodies in the occupied territories, but they are experiencing significant problems with recruiting qualified personnel because they lack the necessary number of collaborators.

Details: The Russians have set a goal to integrate the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine's east and south into the unified system of Russia's political and legal framework by the end of the year.

The Russians want to complete the formation of territorial and federal bodies of the so-called executive branch.

However, the occupiers are currently experiencing significant problems with recruiting qualified personnel due to the lack of the required number of collaborators.
