Russians storm Novoluhanske, Spirne on Bakhmut axis with partial success – General Staff

Areas of six settlements were shelled from with artillery.

The invaders also launched missile and air strikes near four other settlements.

With the support of artillery fire and air strikes, the aggressor resumed assaults towards the settlement of Spirne, with partial success. The fighting there continues.

On the Donetsk axis, the main efforts of the Russian troops are focused on establishing control over the territory of the Luhansk Oblast within its administrative borders. The forces of the Russian Federation are trying to restore the transport infrastructure in rear areas.

On the Kramatorsk axis, the Russians shelled the areas of Bilohorivka and Verkhniokamyanske with artillery. A missile and air strike was carried out near Slovyansk and Zvanivka.

On the Avdiyivka, Kurakhove, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhzhya axes, the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces are being shelled by artillery of various calibers along the contact line. The Russian invaders also struck the city of Avdiyivka with aircraft.
