Russians strike Kharkiv and Mykolaiv with rockets; explosions continue to occur in Kherson Oblast Oblast Military Administration

Russian forces struck Kharkiv at night, and in the morning carried out a missile attack on Mykolaiv; information on casualties and the scope of the destruction is being clarified.

Kharkiv: At night, occupying forces fired a missile at the Kholodnohirskyi district. The projectile hit an open area. Additionally, at night, the school building in the Nemyshlyansk district was damaged as a result of a strike. There are no victims or injured.
In the greater oblast – a private house in the Chuhuiv district in the village of Korobochkino was struck by a shell.
During the day, Russian forces also shelled the Kharkiv district. Private households were affected.
Mykolaiv Oblast: Mykolaiv was hit by a missile this morning. Information on victims and damage is being established.
During the day, shelling was recorded in the village of Lymany of Halytsynove hromada [amalgamated territorial community - ed.], as well as in Shevchenkivskyi Hromada, Shyroke Hromada, and Bashtanska Hromada. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties, but fields and dry grass caught fire across communities: after Russian shelling in the village of Bereznehuvate and the settlement of Lepetykha, dry grass caught fire; a field of wheat in the village of Pryvilne of the Pryvilne hromada burned; and dry grass burned in the village of Novoivanivka of the Bashtanka Hromada.
Shelling of villages along the delineation line continues in the Bereznehuvate hromada. Information on casualties and damage is being established.
Kherson Oblast: explosions were seen throughout the day on the territory of Kherson Oblast. The situation is tense in Nova Kakhovka, where the Armed Forces continue to strike occupiers’ positions. A number of fires were seen during the day – burning fields in the suburbs and in Darivka hromada. The situation in the villages near Snihurivka, the Ingulets River and on the borders of the oblast is persistently difficult. Cruel treatment of residents is recorded in Henichesk. The information regarding the uncontrolled release of water from the Kakhovka Reservoir to the North Crimean Canal has also been confirmed.
Donetsk Oblast: At night and in the morning – shellings of Krasnohorivka, Marinka, and Velyka Novosilka from Grad MLRS.
At 5:00 AM – missile attack on Kostiantynivka. A 5-story residential building was damaged, a person was injured. During the day: 3 people died, 7 were injured.
The oblast remains without gas and partly without water and electricity. Evacuation of the population continues.
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: Russian occupiers shelled three districts at once. Fuel caught fire in Nikopolsk due to shelling from Grad MLRS. The fire has been put out. At the site of the shelling, specialists of the State Emergency Service found Gras and phosphorus ammunition fragments. In the Kryvyi Rih District, the park zone of the city of Zelenodolsk was again shelled from barrel artillery. In Synelnykovske, a missile directly hit the school. Rescuers are clearing the rubble. Information about the dead and casualties is being clarified.
Luhansk Oblast: on the front line, Russian troops are continuing to carry out artillery and missile strikes with the following assault attempts.
Over the past day – there was at least one missile attack and multiple airstrikes, in particular, on Verkhnokamiansk.
In Verkhnokamiansk and in Bilohorivka what remains of civilian infrastructure was damaged. However, Russian occupying assaults in both directions were unsuccessful.
Also, three attacks from barrel artillery, four from mortars, one from MLRS, and five from tanks were recorded.
Resistance to the Russian occupation authorities and the military are continuing: yesterday in Sievierodonetsk, a car carrying occupiers was blown up "unexpectedly" on the central street of the city. As a result, six were wounded, four of them seriously.
Sumy Oblast: Yesterday, Russian forces shelled 8 hromadas in Sumy Oblast. In total, more than 40 rounds were fired from various types of weapons (machine guns, rocket and barrel artillery, and drones were used).
Hromadas affected by shelling: Myropilsk, Yunakivka, Esmansk, Novoslobidsk, Khotynsk, Shostkinsk, Krasnopilsk and Velykopysarivsk.
No casualties or destruction was recorded.
This morning there was a mortar shelling of Shalyhinska hromada, without losses or destruction.
Chernihiv Oblast: Yesterday in the evening – artillery shelling of the territory near the settlements of Karpovychi and Mkhy (Novgorod-Siversky District). Without casualties or destruction.
Vinnytsia: As a result of the missile strikes on the city centre, 36 residential buildings were damaged, 17 of them being nearly destroyed.
As of 6:00 AM, 183 people sought help at health care facilities, of which 110 were treated on an outpatient basis. A total of 73 people were hospitalised, including 3 children. Currently, there is information about 23 dead, including three children.
Missing: 18 people.
Search operations and the clearing of the rubble continue.
