Russians strike two districts of Sumy Oblast with artillery and mortars

Details: In particular, the occupiers hit the Shalyhyne hromada with artillery, with four strikes reported.

They used mortars to attack the Esman hromada, with three strikes reported.

There were no casualties or damage in both cases.
