Ryan Fitzpatrick is done adding to his record.
The former Gilbert Highland High standout, who reportedly retired from the NFL on Thursday, finishes his career with more touchdown passes than any other NFL quarterback who attended an Arizona high school or college.
And it's not even close.
Fitzpatrick had 223 regular season touchdown passes in his 17-year NFL career.
He also had 21 career rushing touchdowns.
Fitzpatrick threw touchdowns for eight different NFL teams during his career, which started with the St. Louis Rams in 2005. He also threw touchdowns for the Cincinnati Bengals, Buffalo Bills, Tennessee Titans, Houston Texans, New York Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Miami Dolphins.
He played in one game with the Washington Commanders in 2021 before getting injured and missing the rest of the season.

Former Arizona standout Nick Foles is the closest active former Arizona high school or college quarterback to Fitzpatrick in terms of touchdown passes.
The Indianapolis Colts quarterback has thrown 82 career regular season touchdown passes.
Foles has a way to go to catch Fitzpatrick and the other leaders on the list ranking former Arizona college and high school quarterbacks by career touchdown passes in the NFL.
Former ASU quarterback Danny White had 155 touchdown passes in his NFL regular season career while former ASU QB Jake Plummer had 161.
Most NFL regular season touchdown passes by Arizona high school or college QBs:
Ryan Fitzpatrick (Gilbert Highland), 223
Jake Plummer (ASU), 161
Danny White (Mesa Westwood, ASU), 155
Nick Foles* (Arizona), 82
Rodney Peete (Tucson Sahuaro), 76

Will someone ever catch Fitzpatrick's mark?
It appears like it could stand for a very long time.
