Seacrest out.

TV and radio super-host Ryan Seacrest is selling his $85 million Beverly Hills home, according to TMZ.

Seacrest bought the 9,000-square- foot mega-mansion from Ellen Degeneres in 2012 for $39 million.

After buying the house, Seacrest reportedly made a number of additions based on the suggestions of “Will & Grace” creator Max Mutchnick, who had owned the house before selling it to Ellen.

According to TMZ, Seacrest will still commute to California to host “American Idol,” but considers New York, where he co-hosts “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” to be home base now.

So what does $85 million get a savvy real estate investor? A compound-like estate with several different structures, including the 9,000-square-foot main house which has 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, an outside pizza kitchen, 22-foot high ceilings in the living room, movie theater, a master suite with its own meditation garden, and much, much more.

Seaacrest recently bought a townhouse in downtown Manhattan after deciding living 8 blocks away from Kelly Ripa on the Upper West Side was too close, according to Straight Shuter.

The host, an avowed wine-lover, reportedly also owns homes in California’s Napa Valley and Italy.
