Ryan Serhant Just Sold Bella Hadid's NYC Apartment for $6.5 Million: Details

Ryan Serhant is finally moving into his fully renovated, $7.6 million dollar townhouse in Brooklyn. (Check it out in the clip above.) In the meantime, he's put his own West SoHo penthouse on the rental market for $15,000 a month. But that's not where the transactions stop for the always-hustling Serhant brokerage founder.

The Million Dollar Listing New York agent just sold Bella Hadid's SoHo penthouse for $6.5 million. According to the New York Post, the 2,500-square-foot pad went under contract after just one week on the market. The industrial-style digs have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private terrace. The owner's suite has a black-glass, walk-in closet, and there's also a 100-bottle wine cave.

Yolanda Hadid's supermodel daughter reportedly bought the property for $6.1 million back in 2019 — and she had friends just an elevator ride away. The Post also reports that Gigi Hadid's beau, Zayn Malik, purchased a penthouse in the same building in 2018.
