Sacramento animal shelter offers incentive for pet adoptions

With the 4th of July getting closer, animal shelters are seeing a rise in lost pets showing up at their doors. To combat overcrowding, the Front Street Animal Shelter is offering incentives to potential pet owners. "Now through July 14th, a family can come down and adopt a pet for free," Front Street Animal Shelter spokesperson Bobby Mann said. "The free adoption includes spay or neuter services, all the animal's shots, a micro-chip, and a city license tag." Get the full story in the video above
