Sacramento area healthcare providers prepare for COVID-19 distribution

Sacramento health care providers are starting to gear up for vaccine distribution this month. “We all just want to survive and beat this,” said healthcare worker Meghan Mercurio, who will be one of the first to receive the long-awaited COVID-19 vaccine. “I'm very excited to get it,” she added. “Every day we get more and more information on when it will get in our hands.” On Wednesday, Gov.
