Sacramento County makes changes to vote centers due to COVID-19

Voting in California will be different in November due to the novel coronavirus outbreak. One big change: All registered voters in the state will automatically get a mail-in ballot. Sacramento County officials said voters can expect their ballots in the mail by Oct. 8.
