Sacramento Greyhound customers complain of delays & cancelations

Stranded for hours and sometimes even days, Sacramento area Greyhound bus customers told KCRA 3 they don’t feel they’re getting what they paid for. “I haven’t gotten an explanation, I just got two booking numbers,” said Joshua Stockert while holding up his ticket. Stockert told KCRA he had been stranded overnight at the Sacramento area station for eight hours.
