Sacramento international travel expected to increase after U.S. lifts travel restrictions

U.S. borders are back open to travelers from 33 countries, the requirement being that they're fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The latest guidance from the White House allows fully vaccinated travelers from Mexico, Canada and European nations. Airlines as a result are expecting longer lines and full flights. Travelers will need to have one of the vaccines approved by the World Health Organization and these vaccination records will be checked one-by-one by the airlines.
