‘Saint X’ Trailer: Drake-EP’d Hulu Series Looks To ‘Upend The Girl-Gone-Missing’ Genre

Hulu has released the trailer for the upcoming drama series Saint X, which is based on Alexis Schaitkin’s novel.

The drama stars Alycia Debnam-Carey, Josh Bonzie, Jayden Elijah, West Duchovny, Betsy Brandt and Michael Park.

It will premiere on Hulu on April 26 with 3 episodes.

Here is the official synopsis for Saint X:

The series, which is told via multiple timelines, explores and upends the girl-gone-missing genre as it explores how a young woman’s mysterious death during an idyllic Caribbean vacation creates a traumatic ripple effect that eventually pulls her surviving sister into a dangerous pursuit of the truth.

The eight-episode series is based on the book by Alexis Schaitkin. Dee Rees directs and executive produces the pilot episode, which was written by Leila Gerstein.

Saint X is an ABC Signature production. Executive producers include Aubrey Graham (aka Drake) Adel “Future” Nur, Jason Shrier and David Levine for DreamCrew Entertainment.

Schaitkin, Steve Pearlman, Stephen Williams are also executive producers.
