Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has put his condo near the Country Club Plaza up for sale.

The two-bedroom penthouse, Unit 303 at 4528 Belleview Ave., is listed for $550,000 and has been on the market since late July, according to online real estate listings.

Paige Buechele, a Realtor for ReeceNichols — and wife of Chiefs backup quarterback Shane Buechele — is handling the sale.

Patrick lived there before the family moved into a three-bedroom, five-bathroom, 4,759-square-foot house on a 1.4 acre lot also near the Plaza.

That Casa Mahomes had a putting green in the backyard and a five-car garage. Mahomes had purchased the home in 2019 for $1.925 million, just days after the Chiefs lost to the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game at Arrowhead Stadium.

In the past year, he put that house on the market for $2.9 million, and it sold quickly. Paige Buechele was a listing agent for that home, as well.

His wife, Brittany Mahomes, told fans during an Instagram Q&A last week that they had little privacy at that house.

The Mahomeses swapped it out for their new mansion in the upscale gated community of Loch Lloyd in Cass County, which the couple had built after purchasing a plot of land. In the recent Netflix docuseries “Quarterback,” the couple showed viewers the inside of the home.

Fans got to see more of the home over the weekend through Instagram videos of an early birthday party friends threw at the house for Brittany Mahomes.

It is not known whether the mechanical bull setup is a permanent fixture at the new house.

According to Jackson County real estate records, Mahomes bought the condo in the Belleview Plaza building, just west of the Plaza, for $307,000.

The condo, built in 2004 according to Zillow, is one of only nine units in the secured building.

The 1,800-square-foot condo has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a private two-car garage and three outdoor decks. The rooftop deck, accessed by a spiral staircase, has a sweeping view of the neighborhood.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offer more views. The huge TV on the wall of the living room stays put.

A wall of built-in shelves faces the large galley kitchen, big enough to hold a few Chiefs linemen. An in-unit laundry room — washer and dryer included — means no schlepping of dirty laundry. (As if that would happen in this price range.)

The unit has two fireplaces, in the living room and the master bedroom. The master bath has double vanities and a large walk-in closet that clearly never held Mahomes’ entire sneaker collection. Much too small.

A second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and, like the master, access to an outdoor deck.

The monthly homeowners association fee is $834.

According to Realtor.com, the condo was also put up for sale in 2019 for $485,000, but apparently didn’t sell. The listing was removed in March 2020, according to Zillow.
