The meals remain traditionally the same as the past, giving diners the choice of regular pancakes, or old fashioned sourdough buckwheat cakes (or both); smoked or fresh sausage (or both); all topped off with Somerset County Pure Maple Syrup, and served with choice of beverage.

This will be the 71st year the Salisbury Lions have served their pancake dinners. Last year 3,756 meals were served, which included 3,063 pounds of sausage, 300 pounds of buckwheat flour, 195 boxes of pancake mix, and 80 gallons of maple syrup.

Lion's member, Richard Shunk said, “We are anxious to get started this year, and talk with all the people who stop by.”
