A SALUTE TO HEROES: OUR VETERANS
Oct. 29—On Veterans Day, we pause to reflect on the courage, dedication and loyalty of our nation's military veterans.
Throughout history, their hard work and sacrifice have kept us safe and protected our freedom. We owe them a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid, and we salute them for their service. To all of the brave men and women who have sacrificed to put their country first, we thank you.
On Tuesday, Nov. 9, the Gainesville Daily Register will honor and remember our veterans. We are asking our readers to submit a photo of their veteran along with the following information: Name, Branch of Service, Years of Service, Rank (optional), Name and Phone Number/Email of contact person.
