Salvation Army of Sacramento says Red Kettle donations down this year

The Salvation Army of Sacramento says it needs the public’s help. Red Kettle donations are down in the area this year. The Salvation Army says if they don’t reach the fundraising goal, some of their programs may be cut. Watch the video above for the full story.
