James Beard Award-winning Chef Sami Tamimi and Tara Wigley have each co-authored best-selling cookbooks. Now, they’ve collaborated on one of their own book “Falastin.” The book is a celebration of Tamimi’s Palestinian homeland. Imtiaz Tyab went to meet the duo and talk about the tastes, smells and history that have brought them together.
