San Francisco Giants Fan Fest makes stop at Sutter Health Park

(FOX40.COM) — West Sacramento will be the first stop of the San Francisco Giants and KNBR Fan Fest Tour on Saturday.

The event will take place at Sutter Health Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will include appearances from Giants players and coaches.

Admission is free and tickets are not required, according to the Sacramento River Cats. Parking is also free, and it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Players scheduled to appear at the event are Rocklin native Logan Webb, Blake Sabol, Alex Cobb, Tyler Rogers and Ryan Walker. Webb, Walker and Rogers are former River Cats players.

Bullpen coach Garvin Alston, pitching coach Bryan Price and mascot Lou Seal will also make an appearance.

Fans will have opportunities for autographs along with participating in a Q&A session with the players. The event will also have photo opportunities for fans with Giants’ World Series trophies and ticket offers.

The FanFest Tour reimagines the team’s annual FanFest, turning a traditional one-day event in San Francisco into an expanded series across Northern California.

The tour will also go through San Jose, Napa and Oracle Park, the Giants’ home venue.

For those planning to attend Saturday’s event, Sutter Health Park’s bag policy is all bags must be clear and no larger than 12 x 12 x 6.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, as food and beverages will be available for purchase.
