Sandy's partners with Castle & Key

Nov. 17—CANNONSBURG — Sandy's Racing and Gaming is partnering with Castle and Key Distillery to offer three specially selected Restoration Rye Single Barrels that will be on display in the rafters above the Sand Bar in the gaming facility, according to a press release.

Castle & Key's full product line includes Roots of Ruin Gin, Sacred Spring Vodka and Small Batch Traditional Bourbon. The products will be available at Sandy's, which opened in October next to Camp Landing Entertainment District.

According to Brett Connors, Castle & Key blender, the Castle & Key team identified seven of its favorite rye barrels to be presented to Sandy's for its guests.

"Sandy's team then tasted and chose three unique and impressive examples of our single barrel Restoration Rye Whiskey that highlight our dedication to the craft by showcasing the interesting journey in every barrel," Connors said.

Sandy's will feature half-off all signature cocktails made with any Castle & Key spirits on Thursdays.

Castle & Key's distillery dates back to 1887.
