Sanford Bishop to host telephone town hall Tuesday

Sep. 5—COLUMBUS — U.S. Congressman Sanford D. Bishop Jr., D-Ga., will host a telephone town hall on Tuesday from 7-8 p.m. Residents who are interested in signing up for the event can visit https://bishop.house.gov/live.

Interested constituents can sign up for the event by phone by calling (229) 439-8067, by fax at (229) 436-2099 from 9-5:30 p.m. Online sign-up is available at bishop.house.gov.

During the event, Bishop will discuss current events as well as how his work in Congress and recent laws have helped middle and southwest Georgia residents, businesses and communities. He will also take questions from participants during the event.
