Sanford Health opens clinic in Harrisburg on Wednesday

A 2021 Sanford Health project has been completed and the healthcare system is set to open its doors Wednesday to a new Harrisburg location.

The clinic is 16,000 square feet, featuring 26 clinical exam and procedural rooms along with family medicine, pediatrics, women's and behavioral health services. There will also be labs, radiology and ultrasound services inside the new Sanford location.

Along with those services, the clinic will feature an attached Lewis Drug pharmacy location.

"For many in Harrisburg, this clinic is just a mile or two away from their home," Joseph Segeleon, vice president and medical officer for Sanford Children's said in a release. "This clinic will make it much closer and more convenient for those who live here. And with the convenience of Lewis Drug being attached to the clinic, you can easily have you or your child's medications filled at the pharmacy, making your trip to the doctor's office seamless and convenient."

The new clinic is located at 111 N. Cliff Avenue in Harrisburg.
