Sangita Patel shows off 'crazy' core strength in new fitness video: 'So inspiring'

The Toronto-native showed off her impressive strength with her 152,000 Instagram followers.

Sangita Patel is back with another motivational fitness video.

On Tuesday, the Toronto-native showed off her impressive strength with her 152,000 Instagram followers.

She demonstrated a "crazy" core workout in a pair of grey, ombré leggings, a matching tank top and white sneakers.

In the video, the "ET Canada" host placed two heavy weights at her feet. She used them to push herself into a standing position before raising another weight over her head.

"Want a full body of 'Oh-my-core-hurts' exercise? This is it!" she captioned the post, urging her fans to try the challenge out for themselves. "Set up heavy weights to hook your feet in and then try to go up and all the way down without using your hands. Once you’re comfortable, try adding weight and then some abs action with a kettlebell!"

In the comments, fans applauded Patel's "crazy" core strength and thanked her for her commitment to "Fitness Tuesday."

"Whoa. Beast mode," one Instagram user commented.

Another added: "You're a powerhouse."

"Your abs are crazy strong. Thank you for another weekly dose of motivation — I needed it!" a fan wrote, while another chimed in, "Tank! So inspiring."

"You go, girl! Your commitment to your fitness is inspiring as always," someone else penned.

Earlier this month, Patel wowed fans with another tough ab workout challenge, wearing black Under Armour leggings and a matching tank top. She topped off the look with a green camouflage ball cap and white sneakers with red soles.

"Abs-lified! Yo, This was hard. The focus and control. The whole core was crying. Umm, I’m not sure how I was even able to swap plates. Try this or hold #HallowHold for 30 secs," the 43-year-old captioned the video.
