Santa to arrive at Yuba City mall on Saturday

Nov. 21—The Yuba Sutter Marketplace in Yuba City will be hosting the arrival of Santa Claus on Saturday starting at 1 p.m.

Guests are invited to meet outside the marketplace's north entrance, near the food court, as the Yuba City Police Department escorts Santa from the North Pole. A special treat will be reserved for the first 100 children waiting for Santa.

Following Santa's entrance, a parade will commence through the mall to Santa's Workshop located next to Ramblin' Rose across from the food court. Guests are encouraged to bring their own camera for photos with Santa.

All proceeds from Santa photo sales will go toward the Yuba Sutter Salvation Army.

Santa will also be available at the Yuba Sutter Marketplace on the following dates: — Sunday from 1-5 p.m. — Dec. 1-2 from 1-8 p.m. — Dec. 8-9 from 1-8 p.m. — Dec.15-23 from 12-8 p.m. — Dec. 24 from 10-4 p.m.

The Yuba Sutter Marketplace is located at 1215 Colusa Ave. in Yuba City.
