Sarah Hyland clearly knows what's up when it comes to self-care and skincare.

The Modern Family star shared a skincare selfie on Instagram Stories while decked out in some of the swankiest sheet patches on the market-which makes sense because, when it's not covered in various sheet masks, her skin is flawless.

In the Instagram shot, Sarah's staring straight at the camera (with her seriously long eyelashes), wearing two different masks and a hair turban. "Silky turban for curly hair betches," she wrote, while also tagging the brands of her face patches: Skyn Iceland, for the white ones on her face, and Peter Thomas Roth, regarding her gold under-eye patches.

"It's one of those mornings," Sarah also wrote (I feel you, girl.), along with "vague look of discomfort."

Let's start with those white patches on her forehead and around the corners of her mouth first. Those are actually Skyn Iceland's Hydro Cool Firming Face Gels, a weekly wrinkle-minimizing treatment that stick to the forehead and corners of the mouth area.

According to Skyn Iceland's website, the gels contain tomato callus stem cell extract, Ginseng callus stem cell extract, and the company's proprietary blend of "Icelandic Glacial Water" and "super fruits of the Arctic" cloudberry and cranberry seed oils. They're meant to make wrinkles and smile lines disappear for 24 hours and prevent new ones from forming.

Those gold patches under her eyes are Peter Thomas Roth's 24K Gold Pure Luxury Lift & Firm Hydra-Gel Eye Patches. The eye patches are "infused with pure 24K gold and colloidal gold" to firm and brighten the under-eye area, while hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed collagen, and caffeine to decrease puffiness and remove dead skin, per the product site.

As for her "silky turban," it's unclear which one she's using specifically, but it's likely to keep her gorgeous curls on point (it also just looks cool, tbh). Keep those skincare secrets coming, Sarah!
