Real estate agent Pauline Rocco has joined Wagner Realty’s First Street Sarasota office.

As an entrepreneur in the interior design business, Rocco was impassioned at a young age, inspired by her late mother, Pauline Schultz.

After graduating from the New York School of Art and Design, Rocco became an interior designer for the Winterrowd Design Group in 1999.  Her passion for design energized her to form Rocco Design Associates with her husband, Dan Rocco.

In August 2022, Rocco obtained her Florida real estate license and now she can bring a client’s vision to life.

Shawn Handschuh has joined Re/Max Platinum Realty as a sales associate in the Venice office.

She specializes in the greater Venice area, with a focus on relocation, first-time homebuyers, vacation homes, downsizing and investment properties.

She has 22 years of experience in the real estate industry. Handschuh lived in Maryland for 44 years, where she was a top producer with Long & Foster Real Estate, in Elkton, as well as Keller Williams American Premier Realty, in Bel Air.
