Satellite boys, girls sweep regional tennis, Holy Trinity boys, Florida Prep girls advance
SATELLITE BEACH Both Satellite High teams advanced in FHSAA regional tennis on Tuesday, both with wins over Bishop Moore in home matches for the Scorpions.
The Satellite boys won at DeSoto Courts, 4-0, with No. 1 singles player Caleb Domkowski and No. 2 Jack Lindstrom both winning their matches and then combining to win at No. 1 doubles, giving up only two games combined.
No. 1 Ellie Carpenter and No. 2 Maya Boysen did the same, also teaming up for No. 1 doubles and accounting for three points in a 4-2 win on campus.

Both teams earned regional final spots against Lake Highland Prep and will play Thursday matches in Orlando. The Highlanders defeated the Eau Gallie boys (4-0) and the Titusville girls (4-0).
In 1A, the Holy Trinity boys defeated Melbourne Central Catholic, 4-1, advancing to meet Benjamin School, a 4-1 winner over Florida Prep. Florida Prep's girls beat Master's Academy, 4-2 in Melbourne, and the Falcons face Benjamin school next, a 4-2 winner over Edgewood.
Melbourne's boys lost at Lake Nona in 4A by a 5-0 score. The Lake Nona girls defeated Viera, 4-0.
In girls regional lacrosse, Viera won at Celebration, 13-12, earning a Region 2-2A semifinal meeting with Hagerty in a week.
