Scandal stars Kerry Washington, Tony Goldwyn, and Bellamy Young reunited for a cause as the trio joined in with the SAG-AFTRA strike.

Washington posted a series of Instagram photos featuring herself with her former co-stars, all promoting the strike and holding picket signs reading "What is creativity worth?" and "guild vs evil."

In the post's caption, Washington wrote: "Volunteered with some fellow @sagaftra members that I LOVE today 😍❤️😍❤️😍❤️😍❤️😍."

She continued: "If you want to get involved, there are soooooo many ways to support this labor strike. Help spread our message, volunteer, donate what you can donate to the Emergency Financial Assistance Program, and more! I’ll link to all in my stories. Any bit helps! We’re in this together"

The SAG-AFTRA strike comes in support of the ongoing WGA writers' strike, which is arguing for better residual pay and protection from the use of AI in the film and TV industry, amongst other conditions.

The strike has led to a number of movies and TV shows halting productions, including Andor season two, Gladiator 2 and Venom 3, and Deadpool 3.

Other big-name actors have also joined in the strikes, with the cast of Oppenheimer walking out of the premiere in support of the strike.

The cast of This Is Us also reunited at a striking event while Chicago Med stars have been active in their support of the strike.
