NEW PHILADELPHIA − The Scarf Project will distribute free scarves Nov. 11 (rain date Nov. 18) at the following locations in Tuscarawas and surrounding counties, according to a news release:

Cambridge: Rite Aid, 1045 Wheeling Ave.

Dover: St. John’s United Church of Christ, 409 N. Wooster Ave.; Medical Suites, 300 Medical Park Drive, behind Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital; Missions Café, 128 W. Second St.

Midvale: Intersection of State Street and Barnhill Road SE

Mineral City: Nicole Donant Library, 8503 High St.

Newcomerstown: 325 W. State St.

New Philadelphia: Rite Aid, corner of West High and Tuscarawas avenues NW; Starlight Enterprises, 246 E. High Ave.; Tuscarawas County Library, 121 Fair Ave. NW

Port Washington: The Movement Community Center, 216 W. Main St.

Strasburg: Strasburg Village Market, 102 N. Wooster Ave.

Tuscarawas: St. James Lutheran Church, 215 Church St.

Uhrichsville: The gazebo at the Panhandle Passage Park Trailhead, southeast corner of N. Fourth Street and Grant Street.
