Scholarships, August 14, 2022
Aug. 14—The Berks County Chapter of the Pennsylvania State Education Association — Retired recently awarded $1,000 scholarships to five full-time students currently enrolled in a post-high school program or college-university who were graduates of a Berks County school represented by PSEA and whose parents or guardians are members of PSEA.
This year's recipients are:
—Andrew Kline, an Oley Valley High School graduate enrolled in Villanova University majoring in civil and environmental engineering.
—Gabriella Ritter, a Brandywine High School graduate attending Southern New Hampshire University majoring in animal behavior and conservation.
—Zoe Sweet, a graduate of Daniel Boone High School attending Widener University with
a double major of political science and English.
—Tracey White Jr., a graduate of Muhlenberg High School matriculating at Kutztown
University with a major in business administration.
—Mark Yazemboski, a graduate of Conrad Weiser High School pursuing a Bachelor of
Science in aerospace engineering at Penn State Berks.
