School nurses shift responsibilities amid COVID-19 pandemic
The life of a school nurse has never been a walk in the park, and now, the job description is taking a big shift. Almost 200 Baltimore County school nurses are shifting their roles due to concerns over COVID-19. Most seem willing to make the adjustment while keeping students safe at the same time. There's no longer a typical day on campus for school nurses especially in light of COVID-19, and most doubt it will be for some time to come.
