'The Science of Big Machines' hands-on exhibit continues through Sunday at COSI

The Center of Science and Industry (COSI) is back with its 20th year of "The Science of Big Machines."

The exhibit, which features construction equipment from small tools to large machinery, is designed to help people of all ages discover the science of construction by testing it out firsthand. Those participating also will be able to learn with engineers.

The "Big Machines" exhibit began on June 11, and ends on Sunday.

'This is epic': COSI extends 'Marvel Universe of Super Heroes' exhibit to Labor Day

"The Science of Big Machines" will be located on the west side of the COSI building and is included with general admission and memberships.

General admission is $25 for 13 and older; $20 for ages 2-12; $23 for seniors 60+ and military (adults, 13 and older) with ID; $18 for military (youth 2-12) with ID; and free for teachers with ID and children under 2.

In addition to "The Science of Big Machines," COSI is extending its Marvel Universe of Super Heroes exhibit to Labor Day.
