Scott Disick is excited to give fans a clearer idea of what he's been up to recently.

While he's been regularly featured on E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" in recent seasons as he continues to navigate co-parenting with his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, Disick's professional life hasn't been spotlighted on the juggernaut reality show in quite some time.

And, considering how much has changed for him professionally, it's about time that Disick pulled back the curtain a bit.

On the upcoming E! series "Flip It Like Disick," which premieres on Sunday, August 4, Disick will take viewers inside his house flipping business, where he works with a team of dynamic characters to buy and flip homes. As he recently explained exclusively to AOL's Gibson Johns, a conversation was had before filming in which he realized he "deserved" his own platform to highlight what he's been doing on the side for several years now.

"The truth is that there's so many people on the 'Keeping Up' show, and there's so much going on, that there's really not a lot of time to get every single little thing that everybody's doing," Disick told AOL. "And, you know, when I started buying and selling houses a couple years ago and it became more and more interesting, people started hearing about it, [and] we decided, 'Hey, you deserve to be able to show people what you're doing, because there's so many people that are interested and don't know exactly what you're doing when we don't see you with the girls.'"

While he used to be known for hosting parties at nightclubs, Disick now channels his energy into flipping homes, which has allowed him to keep his children Mason, Penelope and Reign as his top priority.

"I think it's nice for me to be able to show that I'm doing something that I'm passionate about and something I care about, and I'm still able to put my family first and have the time that I want with them and still be able to do this and have this as my career," he explained.

"Flip It Like Disick" premieres on Sunday, August 4, at 10 p.m. EST on E!
