Scottish Police Investigate After Dog on Leash Seen Walking Next to Car

Scottish police said they were investigating after a dog was seen walking next to a car while attached to a leash held or secured inside the vehicle.

Footage by Chelle MacGregor shows the lurcher-type dog being led by a leash coming from the car next to it. At one point the dog appears to be startled after getting close to the car’s wheels, and jumps away from the vehicle.

MacGregor told Storyful the video was shot in Lochgelly, Fife, on July 22.
