Sculptures Of Pickup Trucks To Decorate Downtown Naperville In 2022

NAPERVILLE, IL — Visitors who stroll through downtown Naperville this summer can spot colorfully decorated pickup truck sculptures that will be on display starting in June to embrace the 2022 theme of "Cruising Into Summer"

The sculptures will be sponsored and decorated by local businesses, groups and artists. A map will soon be available showing residents where to find each sculpture.

Once the season is over, the sculptures will be given back to the businesses that sponsored them, and then donated to local charities.

Since 2012, the Downtown Naperville Alliance has featured dozens of sculptures inspired by different themes. No sculptures were posted in 2020 due to coronavirus. The pickup truck pieces will be on display through September.
