Seafood fans, take heed: there's a new spot in town to get your fix. Located at 301 The Promenade North, the fresh addition is called Lupe's De La Mar.
Lupe's De La Mar serves Mexican and seafood dishes, including oysters, roasted king crab legs, shrimp tostada and pork shank tacos. This is the second restaurant from chef Jason Witzel.
The new addition has proven popular thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of 31 reviews on Yelp.
Eleanor F., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on March 7, wrote, "As a huge fan of Ellie's we were so excited to try Lupe's De La Mar and it not only met but far exceeded expectations... The food is out-of-control good."
Yelper Saree C. added, “...There are a variety of options to choose from including oysters, prawns, crab, lobster, clams and a variety of fish. There are shareable plates and some non-seafood options such as mushroom quesadilla, squash blossoms and pork shank carnitas.”
Lupe's De La Mar is now open at 301 The Promenade North., so stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood.
