Seattle has four players listed as questionable heading into Monday night’s critical matchup against New Orleans. Coach Pete Carroll says running back Alex Collins (groin) will play. However, we don’t know about left guard Damien Lewis (shoulder), standout defensive end Darrell Taylor (shoulder) or cornerback John Reid (knee), who’s a late addition to the injury report.

Here is the complete report for this week.
