Seamstresses volunteer to make masks for hospitals amid COVID-19 outbreak

A group of volunteers is busy sewing day and night to provide masks for area health care workers. Karen Wilkes and her husband have organized a group of more than 50 volunteers who are cutting, sewing and stitching 1,000 masks for health care workers on the front line of the coronavirus outbreak. The sewed masks go over the N95 masks, protecting them and extending the usage of the masks.
