Sean Cobb, Cole Krause help power Lansing Community College men's basketball to OT victory

GRAND RAPIDS – Potterville graduate Cole Krause had the go-ahead basket with 2:43 to play in overtime while helping the Lansing Community College men’s basketball team fight its way to a road win.

Krause’s basket started an 11-1 run to finish the game as the Stars pulled away for a 108-98 victory over Grand Rapids Community College on Saturday.

Drew Lowder had a game-high 35 points and added eight assists to lead LCC. Williamston graduate Sean Cobb and Krause each added double-doubles for the Stars.

Cobb had 31 points and 22 rebounds. He was 9 of 16 from the field and made 13 of 14 from the free-throw line.

Krause was 8 of 13 from the field while scoring 25 points and added 17 rebounds while helping the Stars improve to 10-4.

Andrew Moore had 31 points to lead GRCC. He hit a pair of free throws with 14 seconds remaining in regulation to help force overtime
