The search for a missing Midlands woman ended when she was found safe, the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office said Monday.

The sheriff’s office said it found Pamela Ann Anderson around 10:15 a.m. after looking for her in the Baron Dekalb area of the county, according to a news release.

The 50-year-old was reported missing Sunday afternoon, the sheriff’s office said. She was last seen around 3 p.m., according to the release.

As part of the search, the sheriff’s office said it used patrol vehicles, tracking teams, 4-wheelers, and a helicopter. The search was focused on the Kelly Road area of Camden.

It’s believed Anderson left on foot, as her vehicle was located, the sheriff’s office said.
