'The Secret Garden' musical is blooming at Norwell's Company Theatre

NORWELL — The Company Theatre continues its spring season with a two-week run of the Tony Award-winning musical, "The Secret Garden."

Based on the beloved story by Frances Hodgson Burnett, the Company Theatre production features a full orchestra, an ensemble of adults and children and live animals, including a pair of Nigerian Dwarf goats.

"The Secret Garden" tells the tale of an orphaned girl name Mary who is sent to live on an English estate with her uncle. That's where she discovers a hidden and neglected garden that begins her own personal story of growth and renewal.
