Secretary of National Security Council of Ukraine voices optimistic forecasts about duration of war

Oleksii Danilov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine (NSDC) believes that the war will not last for many years, and it will result in the victory of Ukraine.

Quote from Danilov: "I would like to disagree with you when you say that we will fight this aggressor for years and years. I am more optimistic in this case, I have my forecast of how it should end.
I'm very careful, you know, about this. I say that: first, it will be a difficult war; and secondly, victory will be ours. Thirdly, there will be no quick victory, but this is not about years and years, as you say now."
Details: According to Danilov, it is necessary to make sure that after the victory of Ukraine in the war, Russia "has no desire at all…[and has] no more teeth in its mouth to bite anyone, not just us."
The NSDC Secretary believes that Ukraine "will do it", and then it will be "calmer" for everyone.
