Secretary of State Blinken to meet with Ukraine president to discuss escalating tensions with Russia

Secretary of State Antony Blinken heads to Europe this week to discuss escalating tensions with Russia. He will meets with Ukraine's president in Kyiv, then with other European allies in Berlin and stop in Geneva to meet with Russia's foreign minister.
