Secretary of State says U.S. doesn’t want to 'contain' China ahead of G-7 summit

U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken insisted Washington doesn’t want to “contain” China but will act to defend the rules-based international order. Blinken was speaking alongside British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab of the G-7 summit in the U.K. He also refuted claims the U.S. has agreed to release billions of dollars to Iran in exchange for the release of U.S. prisoners.
