Security Service of Ukraine: occupiers complain that their rubles are turning into mere paper

Due to the strong devaluation of the ruble, the 3 million rubles that a Russian invader received as compensation for war injuries sustained in Ukraine would not even cover the cost of a one-room apartment in a rural region of Russia.

Details: The occupier, who has already received funds as compensation for his injuries, says that he bought himself a 2012 Volkswagen Polo car. He complains about the price, saying that he can’t afford his own housing, because a studio apartment in Astrakhan costs 4 million Russian rubles.
His interlocutor jokes that for the next payment, he would need to get kicked out one more time by the Armed Forces of Ukraine – "or one more wound, and then you’ll have just barely enough."
Quote by Security Service of Ukraine: "Well, if this occupier doesn’t have enough money and brains, and really does come back to Ukraine, our defenders will do everything to make sure he joins the almost 29,000 invaders [a reference to the number of Russian troops allegedly killed so far]."
