How to see a $4 movie on National Cinema Day Sunday in Eugene
Tickets for many movies are $4 Sunday as part of the National Cinema Day promotion.
Eugene movie theaters participating in the promotion are: Metro Cinemas, Art House, Regal Valley River Center and Cinemark Eugene Springfield 17.
Movies included in the $4 promotion include Gran Turismo, Blue Beetle, Barbie, Oppenheimer, Retribution, Strays, the Last Voyage of the Demeter, The Meg 2, Haunted Mansion, Talk To Me and The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
Also showing at Metro Cinemas are Birth/Rebirth, Jules, Passages, Theater Camp, Asteroid City and Oldboy. Showing at Art House that day are American Graffiti, Golda, The Darjeeling Limited and Cezanne - Portraits of a Life.
As part of the promotion, people can donate to the Cinema Foundation, a nonprofit that helps people have careers in cinema and brings more movies to theaters.
