They even took the tea kettle.
A crooked quartet gave new meaning to the term “house hunters” and raided a ritzy Manhattan condo of practically everything that wasn’t nailed down — including $17,000 in electronics, clothing, furniture and kitchenware, police said.
Video released Friday shows three women and a man using hotel-style luggage carts to transport the loot to an awaiting U-Hall parked in the garage of the Murray Hill condominium on E. 37th St. and First Ave.
The items stolen on Dec. 11 around 10 p.m. included computers, luggage, clothing, a pair of end tables, two lamps and a several kitchen items, including a tea kettle, cops said.
The 42-year-old condo resident told police that he was away but had left a contractor in the home. The contractor apparently left the door unlocked when he left, the victim told cops.
Cops were investigating if the contractor was somehow connected to the crime.
The four thieves are still being sought. Police are asking anyone with information to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
