See Campbell baseball's three-home run inning vs. Georgia Tech in NCAA Knoxville Regional

The Campbell baseball team's offense exploded in the second inning against Georgia Tech during the 2022 NCAA Tournament Knoxville Regional on Friday, June 3.

Campbell got five runs with three home runs in the top of the second inning to take a 5-0 lead against Georgia Tech.

The three home runs came from Logan Jordan, Tyler Halstead, and Jarrod Belbin. The Halstead and Belbin home runs were back-to-back.

Campbell went on to defeat Georgia Tech 15-8.

Campbell advances to play the Tennessee vs. Alabama State winner at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 4. Georgia Tech goes against the Tennessee/Alabama State loser at noon ET on Saturday.

Campbell's Logan Jordan home run

Campbell cleanup hitter Logan Jordan hit a solo home run over the left-center field fence to start the top of the second inning. He put Campbell up 1-0 vs. Georgia Tech.

Campbell designated hitter Connor Denning followed Jordan's home run with a double to right field. Denning advanced to third base on a sacrifice fly, and he scored on an RBI groundout by Ty Babin. Denning's run put Campbell up 2-0 vs. Georgia Tech.

Campbell's Tyler Halstead home run

Waldy Arias then doubled down the left-field line, and Tyler Halstead hit a two-run home run over the right-field wall.

Halstead homered on the first pitch of his at-bat. He put Campbell up 4-0 vs. Georgia Tech.

Campbell's Jarrod Belbin home run

Campbell leadoff hitter Jarrod Belbin hit a home run over the left-center field wall on the second pitch of his at-bat.

Belbin put Campbell up 5-0 vs. Georgia Tech.

Campbell University improved to 41-17 overall. Georgia Tech went to 34-23 overall.
