See Daytona Beach, Volusia and Flagler counties power outage map as Tropical Storm Ian impacts Florida

Power outages continued into the weekend across Florida after Hurricane Ian. As of about 7 a.m. Sunday, power companies reported the following number of households without electricity:

  • Volusia County: 72,681, or about 23% of the power company’s total customer count of 312,232

  • Flagler: 5,285, or about 8%

  • Seminole: 31,034, or about 14%

  • Brevard: 2,152 or about 5%

Most of the rain and wind has moved north to threaten the Carolinas and the east coast of Georgia, but major to record river flooding will continue across central Florida through next week.
