Adam Ilgin, now living in East Quogue, New York, was up against Becky Benninghoff, a Virginia church organist, and Mattea Roach, a Canadian tutor on a 19-day winning streak.

The "music enthusiast," as he called himself in a promo for the show, ended the first round with $3,600, compared with Benninghoff's $2,000 and Roach's $5,800. He maintained second place throughout most of the game, answering a total of 13 questions correctly.

But he ended the game with nothing after wagering all of his $8,400 on Final Jeopardy!

Benninghoff went with "Henry V," Ilgin with "Hamlet." But Roach's correct answer of "Julius Caesar" won the game.

Roach's 20th win ties her with Julia Collins for the fifth-longest winning streak in "Jeopardy!" history.
